Born on 18 June 1975. In April 1992 Chih-Chieh suffered a trauma of the spinal column in a scooter accident, resulting in tetraplegia. After a rehabilitation programme of several months Chih-Chieh became interested in mouth painting and is working hard to develop his artistic talent.
