Perkovic Stjepan

Stjepan Perkovic was born on 1 April 1974 with congenital cerebral palsy and is unable to use his hands. He completed primary school at a rehabilitation centre in Zagreb. Already as a teenager Perkovic showed an interest in art. In 1992 he seriously began to paint with the foot and was taught painting and art by Carmelo Puzzola, a well-known professor of art. Besides painting the artist is a poet and has published a collection of poems and songs with his own illustrations. Contribution to group exhibitions in Sarajevo, Paris, Orleans, etc.
